TERMS & CONDITIONS
The terms and conditions to which you agree when you use UK Web Management Domain Registration, Hosting or Website Services.
ACCOUNT POLICIES
Hosting and website services are charged 1 year in advance and are non-refundable.
Website updates and extra services will be charged on a 30-day invoice.
Overdue invoices will incur a 10% late charge.
Unpaid Account Balances over 90 days will be sent for collection and may result in the suspension of all services.
Domain name registration(s) and hosting may be affected if your account is suspended.
The client must give 90 days’ notice if the services are to be terminated or transferred elsewhere.
DOMAIN REGISTRATIONS
Registrations are paid yearly in advance and are non-refundable.
Domains ultimately remain the property of the Domain Registration Services.
Names are usually registered for at least 1 year but can be registered for longer periods if required.
The Client (the Domain Tenant) has the right to use the domain name(s) as long as your account is in good standing.
UK Web Management (the Domain Registrant) reserve the right to manage or refuse transfer of the domain name(s).
When domain name(s) due for renewal are not paid for promptly, they may be sent to recoveries which could incur further costs.
If a domain registration lapses, the domain may be recovered by the relevant Domain Authorities and reissued elsewhere.
Unpaid Account Balances over 90 days will be sent for collection and may result in the suspension of all services.
HOSTING SERVICES
Hosting services are paid yearly in advance and are non-refundable.
Services may be disrupted if account balances are not paid in full within 30 days.
The client must give 90 days’ notice if the services are to be terminated or moved elsewhere.
Unpaid Account Balances over 90 days will be sent for collection and may result in the suspension of all services.
PROOFING DISCLAIMER
ACCOUNT SUSPENSIONS
The customer should keep up to date with payments for charges on their account or the account may be suspended.
If a customer does not keep up communication regarding their account, the account may be suspended.
Should a customer purposely upload illegal or immoral content to their website, the account may be suspended
Withholding any content necessary for publication may result in account suspension.
If our staff are not treated courteously or are spoken to in a discourteous manner, the account may be suspended.
We like our customers to treat us with the same respect that we treat them, this has worked well for everyone over the years and results in a healthy client relationship.
